We handle the check-in process, which includes alarms testing, inventory, and key collection, then deal with rent collection and provide you with monthly statements.
MAINTENANCE
Our team of fully qualified and insured tradespeople deal with maintenance promptly and effectively, to keep your property in good condition throughout the tenancy.
TENANCY CREATION
After thoroughly referencing applicants, we will select the strongest candidate and create a new tenancy in compliance with legislation and best practices.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
We ensure you remain compliant with health and safety legislation through inspections and certification, which is especially complex and important for HMO landlords.
