OUR STORY

We developed Norvic Properties through the experience of managing our own property portfolio in Norwich over several years. We have always placed emphasis on great service for tenants, legal compliance, and stretching beyond the fundamentals of management into relocation support and access to discounts with local businesses.

Alongside this commitment to tenant experience, we soon recognised that many landlords shared our values but lacked the time, or confidence in standard lettings services, to put them into practice. Norvic Properties launched in 2019, to fulfil this demand for high quality management, without the hassle.

Taking this goal one step further, we added our Guaranteed Rent service, enabling landlords to place their properties on 'autopilot'. Our unique combination of values and services makes us the natural home of good landlords in Norwich.
